Ingredients

    1 12 oz bag of Broccoli Cole Slaw Mix (I used Mann's)
    1/3 cup of Best Foods Mayonnaise made with olive oil
    10 Packets of Splenda
    2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

Mix Splenda and apple cider vinegar. Add mayonnaise and stir until creamy. Throw in bag of slaw and mix it up with your hands. I guess you could use a spoon, but what fun is there in that. Cool in fridge for at least 1/2 hour before serving.

Makes 4 generous servings.
