Ingredients

* Unico Spinach Lasagne - 1 box
* *President's Choice quattro formaggi pasta sauce, 1 jar
* *Mozzarella Cheese, low moisture part skim milk, 1 cup
* *parmigiano reggiano (parmasan, parmesan), 3 TBSP's
* *93% Lean Hamburger, 1 lb, cooked and drained
* PC Ricotta con crema 425 gram(s)
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped sauted with hamburger
*1 egg
* 1 TBSP Basil, 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
Directions
Makes 12, 3x3 inch squares
Cook noodles according to box directions, cook Hamburger, and drain into old can/glass bottle, set hamburger aside then saute onions in a tiny bit of left over grease (don't add any to the pan) then add back hamburger and pour in sauce cover and let simmer for 15-20
Mix egg, Parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella and ricotta in a bowl with seasoning and basil
put 1/4 cup sauce in bottom of baking dish
Lay 4 noodles across bottom of pan, top with 3/4 cup sauce and 4 more noodles then top with 1/2 cheese mixture, 4 more noodles, 3/4 cup sauce then 4 more noodles and so on until all noodles, sauce and cheese mixture are all used up (make sure to finish top layer of noodles with sauce) top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, cover with foil and back for 55 mins. at 350 degrees, then uncover and bake under broiler for 5-10 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbly! Let set 10 mins. before cutting into 12 3x3 inch squares.
Serve with a salad of field greens topped with tomato and almonds and a small slice of garlic bread - yummy!
