Introduction

This is the most juicy meatloaf you'll ever make using only deer/venison. If you have a hunter in your life, you must try this recipe. Ingredients

    when you see 6 tsp measurments that is actually suppose to be 2 TBS instead.
    1 c of crushed crackers
    1/2 c milk
    2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c ketsup
    2 TBS mustard (spicy mustard gives this a different flavor that my husband doesn't like)
    1 TBS minced onion
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    2 TBS brown sugar
    2 TBS white vinegar
    1 LB ground venison

Directions

Mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf and bake at 350 for one hour. Sometimes it may take a little longer than an hour.
