Ingredients

    Potatoes, 8 cups, Diced
    Chicken Broth, Sixteen (16) ounces
    Onion, 1 cup, Diced
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can
    Cream Cheese, Low Fat, Eight (8) ounces
    Toppings: shredded cheese, green onions bacon bits

Directions

Cook the potatoes and onions in the chicken broth until tender. Mix in the cream of chicken soup. Mix the cream cheese with some hot broth until thoroughly melted. Pour back into the soup. Cook on low for about an hour. Top with shredded cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
