This recipe is a guesstimate. I prepared the my meatloaf on a broiler pan, the potatoes cooked under them in the pan. I assuming about 1/2 a cup of juice came from the meatloaf.     Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

place in bottom of broiler pan
sprinkle seasonings on top
place meatloaf on top of broiler pan and place in the oven at 350 for 1 hr.
