Ingredients

1 cup Egg Beaters
1 sausage Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken sausage
3 medium Mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 tbsp parmesan cheese: shredded
Directions
Chop all ingredients (i add just put them directly into the pan after i've chopped them), put all ingredients into pan. Scramble away!
