Ingredients

    3 T Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread
    5 tsp flour
    2 T chopped shallot
    1 C chopped spinach (long strands)
    2 C chick broth, plus extra if

Directions

Briefly saute shallots in B&B, then add flour and cook 1 min (to make a roux). Slowly whisk in broth until smooth. Add spinach and cook approx 5 minutes until thickened.
