Ingredients

    6 cups water
    2 cups shredded potato
    16 oz. frozen corn
    2 cups chopped mushrooms
    4 tsp chicken bouillion powder
    1 cup non fat milk
    2 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1lb. 2% velveeta, cubed

Directions

Boil 6 cups water. Add potatos, frozen corn, mushrooms, and bouillon powder. Return to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Add milk, cream of mushroom soup, and velveeta. Cook and stir for about 10-15 minutes or until all melted.
Makes about 10 2-cup servings.
