Ingredients

    6 Lasagna noodles
    1/2 lb scalllops
    1/2 lb shrimp
    1.2 lb fish(haddock or schrod)
    1 C 1% milk
1 C seafood or clam stock
    2 TBSP white flour
    1 TSP Old Bay Seasoning
    3 cloves or garlic
    8 OZ mozzarella cheese
    3 TBSP olive oil

Directions

Though the recipe uses scallops, shrimp and haddock, you
could use any fish you like; crab, lobster, clams, calamari and any white fish would work well. I'd avoid oily fish such as salmon or mackerel.

Boil 6 lasagna noodles accordiing to directions

Make a roux with 2TBSP of the olive, flour, add milk and broth whisking until smooth. Add Garlic and Old Bay Seasoning to the sauce and heat until thickened(about 5 minutes)

Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce

Saute the fish/scallops/shrimp in 1 TBSP of olive oil, the sherry and the pepper until almost cooked and add to the sauce.

Oil a baking dish with remaining oil and put 2 Lasagna noodles on bottom. Add 1/2 the fish/sauce mixture and 1/3 of the cheese

Layer two more lasagna noodles, the remaining fish/sauce mixture and 1/ 3 of the cheese.

Add one more layer of lasagna, the reserved sauce and the remaining cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
Uncover and put oven on broil to brown the top
