Ingredients

    3 tbsp of Hummus
    1 large carrot, sliced into strips
    1 large cucumber, sliced into strips
    1 yellow/red/orange bell pepper, sliced into strips

Directions

Makes 1 serving. Cut veggies into easy for dipping slices. This is a very portable snack so you can take it with you. Easy to prepare the night before. I like to have several servings of this ready to go.

    I think it's great! I did swap out tomato for bell pepper, but they're nutritionally very similar so it's all good. - 4/14/15
