Introduction
I took a recipe, that was not calculated on reasonable settings and tweeked it. I took a recipe, that was not calculated on reasonable settings and tweeked it.Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/8 cup brown sugar splenda
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
3/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Put blueberries, cornstarch, water, 1/4 cup splenda and sugar, lemon juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat until berries start popping and mixture thickens. Cool.
Mix together all the dry ingredients (I used pastry blender). Add melted butter.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" square pan with cooking spray. Place half of oat mixture in pan evenly. Place berry filling on top, then top with remaining oat mixture. Bake 40-45 min. Cool and cut into 24 squares.
