Ingredients

Shrimp, 6oz (2 cup frozen)
Portabella Mushrooms, 1 cup
Onions:raw, 1 cup
Frozen Mixed vegetable, 1 cup (frozen)
Teriaki Sauce, 1tbsp
Directions
~chop up onion to make one cup and add to frying pan
~add mushrooms to pan (in slices, do not chop up into tiny pieces)
~cook onions and mushrooms for a few minutes, at this time you can add 1/2 tbsp of desired sauce.
~once the onions and mushrooms are cooked a little then add frozen shrimp and frozen vegetables
~cook for a couple of minutes and then add the other 1/2 tbsp of sauce
~ cook for 7-12 mins, or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are cooked. stir frequently
~ this makes 2, 1-cup servings
keep in mind you can add or take away ingredients as you please, you can use any sauce to your taste and you can cook it with or without frozen vegetables. It taste amazing!! and it is a very quick fix!
