Ingredients

    Butter, honey, molasses, water, vanilla, oats, wheat flour, wheat germ, bran, sunflower, peanuts, sesame, cinnamon, coconut, flax seeds

Directions

Beat honey, molasses, water, vanilla and melted butter together. Stir dry ingredients together in bowl and stir well. Add honey mix to dry ingredients and stir. Spread onto 12x18 pan and bake at 250 F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Stir every 20 minutes. Remove when dry and crunchy and allow to cool. Add raisins if desired. Makes 16(1/2 cup servings).
