Ingredients

    2 large eggs, fresh uncooked
    3/4 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites (Crystal Farms)
    1/2 cup Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal
    1/4 Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat,
    1/4 cup Milk, 2%, .2
    3/4 ounce (.7) Swiss Cheese, grated

Directions

Make two large servings
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, like making scrambled eggs. Spray skillet, or use non-stick, and scramble eggs to desired doneness.

For this variation, we topped with salsa, and served with sliced tomato and Ezekial toast - not in the calculation.
