Ingredients

    500 grams (1 package) Lean Ground Turkey
    1 medium white onion diced
    1 clove of garlic minced
    1 package of taco seasoning (less sodium 44grams)
    1 cup of water
    1 cup salsa
    1 large can of diced tomatos
    1 large can of hunts tomato sauce
    1 can of black beans (rinsed)
    1 can of red kidney beans (rinsed)

Directions

Brown Onions and Garlic, add 1 Package of lean ground turkey (or lean ground chicken) - Brown the meat with the garlic and onions.
Add 1 package of taco seasoning (less sodium)
Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of salsa sir and let simmer
Add one large can of diced tomatoes
Add one large can of hunts tomoto sauce
Add one can of red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
Add on can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
You can add pepper and hot sauce depending on how spicy you want this meal. Simmer on low for 3 hours. Serve alone or with a dolop of fat free sour cream and tortilla strips on top.
