1 Morningstar Farms® Chik Patties® Parmesan Ranch
1/2 medium portobello mushroom, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 small onion, sliced
2 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 cup torn mixed spring greens or torn mixed greens
1 tablespoon Asian sesame with ginger salad dressing or balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
1. Cook patty according to package directions. Cut into 1/2-inch wide slices.
2. Meanwhile, in large nonstick frypan cook mushroom and onion in hot oil about 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic. Cook and stir for 30 seconds more. Carefully stir in soy sauce. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until liquid evaporates.
3. In small bowl toss together greens and salad dressing. Arrange on serving plate. Top with mushroom mixture, chik patty, almonds and cilatnro.
