Introduction

Ingredients

13 medium size frozen (or fresh) shrimp
2 Tbl. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 Tbl. I cant believe its not butter spread.
6 strips green pepper
6 strips red pepper
6 strips vidalia onion
1 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Place frozen shrimp into small pan and cook just till thawed and not quite fully coked. Put shrimp onto a plate with a paper towel on it to drain.
place mustard and butter into pan on low and mix. when it starts to bubble slightly place shrimp back into pan after removing tails. stir VERY frequently. sauce will become more of a coating on shrimp.
When shrimp are cooked and coated (about 5 minutes) place on plate to cool while cooking peppers and onions.
Place pepper and onion slices into pan shrimp came out of. saute till tender/crisp.aprox 4-5 minutes.
Place pepper/onion mix onto tortilla and place shrimp on top of that. ENJOY!
