Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ground meat, 1 lb
    Knorr Fiesta Sides - Spanish Rice, 1 package
    Canned Yellow Corn, 15 oz.
    Canned Kidney Beans, 15 oz
    Chi-Chi's Salsa, 8 oz
    Green Pepper, 1
    Onion, 1
    Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp
    Jalepeno Pepper
    Water, 1 3/4 cup

Directions

Brown the ground meat, then drain. To the meat, add water and uncooked spanish rice. Let simmer 5 minutes. Add canned corn (drained), stewed tomatoes, kidney beans (drained and rinsed), green pepper (diced), onion (diced), jalepeno pepper (diced), garlic powder, and salsa. Simmer 15 minutes. Makes approximately 8 - 1cup servings. You could also add some shredded cheese and/or guacamole too! Or use ground venison! YUM!!!
