Ingredients

    For the Cake: 3 Cups all purpose flour, 2.5 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp vanilla extract and 1 cup milk.

    For the Frosting: 170gr unsalted butter, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 330gr icing sugar and 2 tbsp milk

    To assemble: 48 lollipop sticks, smarties, 150gr dark chocolate (melted), candy melts, any decorations

Directions

For the cake: (better prepare day before)
- Preheat oven 180 C
-whisk flour, baking powder and salt
-Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy
-add eggs one by one
- add vanilla
-add flour mixture (1/3 at a time)
-Bake 35-40 min
-let cool and crumble in a bowl

For the frosting:
-cream the butter and vanilla
-add sugar
-add milk if needed

To assemble:
-Mix crumbled cake and frosting with a spoon
- shape with hands
-dip into candy melts and/or chocolate
-place on lollipop stick
-add decorations
