Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of Apple Sauce
    1 Cup of Water
    3 Eggs
    1 Package of Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix
    1 Cup of Walnuts
    1 Package of cream cheese icing

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl except walnuts and icing; place either in 12-cupcake tin or regular cake pan; cook for 35 minutes or as per instructions on box.
When it's cooled cover in cream cheese icing.
Use blender to grind walnuts and pour over the top of cake. Serve.
