    1 1/4Cornmeal
    1 Tlbspn baking powder
    2 tspsugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 C milk
    3 Tlbspn veg oil
    2 large eggs

Directions

Preheat waffle iron.
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, and eggs, stirring until smooth.
Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and bake.
