Ingredients


    Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Coriander seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 48 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    ground tumeric, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 3 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Dice vegetables. Mix vegetables with spices in a large bowl, add water and oil. Fill each wonton wrapper with some of this vegetable filling. Steam for about 6-8 minutes.
