Ingredients

    2/3 Cup Ketchup
    2 Tablespoon of each (Lemon Juice, Worcestershire sauce, & Honey)
    1 teaspoon Minced garlic
    8 chicken breast halves approx 24 ounces
    Use boneless skinless breast

Directions

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine ketchup, lemon juice, worcestershire, honey & garlic in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring requently.
4. Reduce heat & simmer fro 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Pleace chicken on foil-lined broiler pan & coat both sides with the BBQ sauce.
7. Broil for 15 minutes.
8. Turn & coat with BBQ sauce.
9. Cook 15 minutes or until done.

Makes 8 - 4 ounce servings
