Ingredients

    Hard boiled eggs, 4 large
    Olive oil, 2Tbsp
    Capers, 1Tbsp
    Sundried tomatoes, 1Tbsp
    Mustard, 2tsp (we use Dijon style)

Directions

This goes much faster if you keep hard boiled eggs on hand. Or if you have an egg slicer.
Combine all ingredients together in bowl and serve.
