Ingredients

    8 apples cored and peeled
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg

    TOPPING:
    1/2 cup of brown sugar
    2 tbsp of butter
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Makes 10 servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Core and peel apples and cut into bite size pieces.
Mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spread into a 13x9x2 baking pan
For topping:
Mix brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
