Ingredients

8 slices of Kirkland Low Sodium Bacon, Diced
    1 Round Yellow Onion, Chopped
5 Medium Red Potatos peeled or not, Cubed
1 Can of Yellow Sweet Corn, undrained
1 Can of Cream Style Corn, undrained
1 Can of Evaporated Condensed Milk, Fat Free (Shake Well)
Black or White Pepper to taste (2 TBSP)
Salt or Garlic Salt to taste (2 TBSP)

Directions

In a medium stock pot, add in your chopped bacon and cook thoroughly until crisp.
Add in chopped onions and cubed potatos (skinned or not). Cook through until onions are translucent and potatos fork tender.
Add in the flour, this will eliminate the excess oil in the pot.
Stir in the 2 cans of Corn (Sweet Corn and Cream Style) undrained. You will need the sauce from the corn to add to the flavor of the soup.
Finally stir in the can of Evaporated Condensed Milk, Fat Free.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
