    Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, 4 T
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
    Onion powder, .5 tbsp
    Basil, .3 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .3 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced


Stir dry ingredients together on small plate.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, then coat with some olive oil. Rub 1 side of the zucchini slices on the pan, then dip until coated well in dry mix. Broil for a few minutes - until the cheese starts to brown.
