    1 pounds tempeh, cut into bite-sized pieces
    12 ounce(s) spinach, fresh
    1 pepper(s), red, bell, chopped
    2 tomato(es), chopped and seeded
    1 tablespoon oil, olive
    1 clove(s) garlic
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes, or until tempeh and vegetables are warm throughout.
