Introduction

I got this recipe from Eat This Not That but they included chicken and I did not. You could also add as many vegetables as you want (onion, peppers, etc). Ingredients

    6 oz. tortilla chips
    1.5 cups black beans
    1.25 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    0.5 cup salsa
    6 TBSP sour cream

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 425. In a single layer, arrange chips on a baking sheet. Spoon beans onto chips and cover with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Spoon salsa and sour cream over nachos or dip nachos if that's your preference. Makes 6 servings.
