Ingredients

    3 overripe bananas
    1.5 cups white sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    1.5 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/8 cup flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp butter

Directions

Blend wet ingredients and sugar. Mix well.

In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Batter will be lumpy. Scoop into 18 muffin cups.

Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter til mixture is crumbly but well combined. Top muffins with crumb mixture.

Bake for 18-20 min at 375. Let sit for 5 min, then remove from pan and let cool on wire racks. Wrap in tinfoil to help keep moist.

    These are AMAZING!!!! I love them soooo much and so does the rest of my family! You can't even tell that they are low fat!! You have to try them they are so easy and delicious!
