Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak or tenderloin tips, cut into thin strips
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    6 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    4 tbsp canola or peanut oil, divided
    2 green peppers, cut into thin strips
    2 red peppers, cut into thin strips
    1/2 cup oyster sauce
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    6 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or green onion (optional)

Directions

1. Combine beef, cornstarch, garlic and red pepper flakes in bowl, toss to coat.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add bell peppers and stir fry for 3 minutes, put in bowl and set aside. Add remaining 2 tbsp oil and beef mixture into same skillet, stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is barley pink.
3. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce to skillet, stir fry one minute. Return peppers to skillet and stir fry 1-2 mintues or until sauce thickens. Sprinkle green peppers over before serving.
