    1 pound ground lamb
    1 pound ground beef
    9 sweet mini peppers, diced
    2 shallots, diced
    1 cup diced onion
    2 large eggs
    1.5 cups village harvest rice medley

Directions

combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. place in 8x8 glass baking dish. bake in oven at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
