Westsoy SEITAN wheat protein (2 8-oz packages)
1 and 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (vegan)
2 TBSP Spectrum organic peanut oil

Slice cubed seitan into 1/2 to 1/4 inch slices

Pour the BBQ sauce into a large wide bowl and set near stove.

Brush a cast iron skillet or griddle with 1 tbsp of peanut oil. Heat to Medium heat, and spread out Seitan slices on griddle, and heat until browned, about 3 minutes. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp of peanut oil, and turn pieces using tongs, to brown on opposite side, another 3 minutes or so. Seitan is cooked with both sides are browned and edges are beginning to crisp. Remove Seitan and set into bowl with BBQ sauce, turning to coat.

Remove coated seitan pieces and return to heated griddle to heat through, about 1 to 1 and a half minutes on each side. Remove when heated through and return to remaining sauce in bowl.

Serve on a roll, crusty french bread, or bun as desired.
Goes nicely with cole slaw. (BREAD and SLAW not part of nutritional info!)
