    1 cup No Fat Soy Milk
    1 Scoop Soy One Chocolate Protein Powder
    1 banana
    1 tsp. Fiberrific all natural fiber supplement
    1 Scoop Greens+ - Daily Detox (Natural Tea Flavour)
    1 Tbsp. Liquid B-Complex

Directions
