* Graham Crackers (HoneyMaid 42% less fat), 10.5 serving
* Bran (Natural Wheat), 0.19 cup
* Cookies, Oatmeal (Voortman No Sugar Added), 4.5 serving
* Sugar, Brown (Splenda), 7.5 tsp
* Cheese, Cream (Philadelphia Low Fat - 95% Fat-Free), 30 tsp
* CoolWhip (95% Fat Free), 24 tbsp
* Twin Sugar, 2 tbsp
* Pudding, Chocolate (JELL-O No Sugar Added), 1 serving
* Egg whites, 3
Directions
CRUST
-Crush corn bran squares, graham crackers, and oatmeal cookies.
-Mix crushed corn bran squares, graham crackers, and oatmeal cookies with the bran, and brown sugar.
-Blend egg whites until fluffy.
-Add egg whites to dry mixture.
-Stir with fork until the mixture is consistant and sticks together.
-Spray pan with any anti-stick spray.
-Put the sticky ball-like mixture in the pan.
-With your choice of low-fat margerine on your fingertips, spread crust out in pan.
-Cook crust in oven at 300 degrees F for about 5 minutes, or until edges of crust look like their getting brown.
CHEESECAKE
-Mix cream cheese with sweetner.
-Add cool-whip to the mixture 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after every 1/2 cup is added.
-Add the chocolate pudding cup mixing well.
-Spread this mixture over the crust evenly.
-Put in freezer until frozen (approx. 2 hrs.)
-Store in either frigde or freezer.
-Enjoy!
