Ingredients

2 cups sour cream
1 medium cucumber
1/4 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
Directions
Puree cucumber in food processor and strain off extra liquid. Combine salt, garlic, and sour cream and whip until blended. Add pureed cucumber and mix. Chill and serve.
