Ingredients

* Honey, .25 cup
* Warm Water, tap, 1.75 cup
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
* *Active Dry Yeast, 1 tbsp
* *Great Value Iodized Salt, 0.5 tsp
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cup
* *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, 2.5 cup
Directions
Makes 2 ~ 14" pizzas; a serving size is calculated as half a pizza.
In a large bowl, dissolve honey in warm water.
Add salt, yeast and oil. Stir to combine.
Add flour one cup at a time, alternating whole wheat and white flour. Mix completely before adding the next cup of flour. Once dough is too stiff to mix with a spoon, turn out on a floured surface and knead for 4-5 minutes, adding four as needed to make a firm, but not sticky dough.
Divide into 2 balls, place in separate bowls or gallon size bags. Allow to rise until doubled in size.
Preheat oven as hot as it will go, about 500* F
Roll dough to fit your pizza pans, top as desired and bake for about 8 minutes. (Recipe nutrition is for dough only)
