Introduction

I was a vegetarian. Beef Tartare was what brought me to the dark side. Now I am back as a vegetarian. And this really satisfy my cravings. Awesome with sourdough croutons. You can add an eggyolk, will taste much more like a beef tartare... I was a vegetarian. Beef Tartare was what brought me to the dark side. Now I am back as a vegetarian.
