Ingredients

    10 tbsp Good Oil (or other hemp oil)
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 crushed clove of garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp mustard (I like whole grain)

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a jar and shake well. One serving is one tbsp. Keeps for at least a week in the fridge. Feel free to sub lemon juice for the vinegar if you prefer.
