Introduction

A nice comforting soup with plenty of veggies. A nice comforting soup with plenty of veggies.

Ingredients

    Chicken
    chicken broth
    corn
    peas
    carrots
    mushrooms

Directions

Lightly spray inside of crockpot with Pam or other non stick spray. Put in chicken (in quarters) and broth along with seasonings suck as poultry seasoning, basil, pepper, etc. and set on low for two hours. After two hours put in all vegetables and finish cooking for at least another three hours. Done.
