Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
    4 tbsp Mochiko Flour (sweet rice flour)
    4 tbsp Cornstarch
    4 tbsp sugar
    5 tbsp soy sauce -- use tamari for gluten free
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup Chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Cloves of Garlic, grated

Directions

Makes about 8 servings, enough for leftovers!

1. Combine EVERYTHING in a plastic ziplock bag and marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.

2. In a large pot, add about an inch of oil and heat. Fry chicken in oil until light brown, turning pieces often to prevent sugar from burning.
