Introduction

Ingredients

    12oz bag Great Value Steamable broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots.
    1 cup of Fresh Spinach, packed
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can Cream of Celery soup
    1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
    1 8oz pkg. shredded mozarella cheese
    1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp Paul Prudhomme's pizza & pasta seasoning, opt.
    9 oven ready lasagna noodles

Directions

Cook vegetables according to package. Mix soups, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pizza magic together. Place 3 lasagna noodes on the bottom of a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with soup and cheese mixture, then add half of vegetables, and top of veggies put half of spinach. Top this layer with 3 lasagna noodles, and top with more soup and vegetable mixture, reserving enough to put on top of last layer of lasagna noodles. Bake 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
