Ingredients

    VEGGIES
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shredded
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    Onions, red or green, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Radishes, 1 cup sliced
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced

    ON TOP:
    Pumpkin Seeds, 0.50 cup
    Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips, 1 serving
    Grated Carrots, raw, 1 cup

    DRESSING:
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Agave Nectar, 2 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic, 2 tbsp
    Salt n Peppa'
    Garlic

Directions

Get all your veggies ready and throw them in a nice big salad bowl. Add the nuts and seeds and grated carrots and toss. Shake up the lemon juice, agave, olive oil and vinegar with some spices and add to salad. Toss and share with a friend for a yummy dinner.
