Ingredients

    cornish hen, baby carrots, onion, celery, water, Vegeta, salt, pepper

Directions

Clean cornish hen with kosher salt, Wash well. In a pot combine: onion (uncut), carrots, celery, hen and water. Bring to boil. Remove fat and foam (if any) from the surface. Continue to simmer on low, until chicken is soft. throw out onion and celery. Makes 15 servings. Tastes good with elbows pasta: put some elbows in a plate and pour broth over it. Cut chicken and add it too.
