Introduction

This is something I literally threw together because I was wanting pasta and suace! I really liked it and thought I should share. This is something I literally threw together because I was wanting pasta and suace! I really liked it and thought I should share.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2.25 oz whole wheat penne pasta
    Canned diced tomatoes - whole can
    8 oz can of tomatoe sauce - whole can
    Tyson grilled and ready chicken - about 3 oz
    1/2 cup canned corn
    sliced mushrooms 1 cup
    chopped green bell pepper 1 cup
    splash of tabasco sauce optional)

Directions

While cooking the pasta cut and sautee bell pepper and mushrooms.
( I sautee in 0 calorie spray butter or water with a little bit of garlic salt).
In a sauce pan add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can tomatoe sauce, 1/2 cup of cannned corn, and sauteed peppers and mushrooms.
Mix ingredients well then add pasta and let sit untill juice is more absorbed, then add a small splash of tabasco.
Stir then serve :)
Servings 3- 1 1/3 cup
