Ingredients

    Louis Rich Turkey Sausage 1 lb
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Qt V-8
    Libbys Organic Chili Beans
    Brown Sugar 2 TBSP
    1 1/4 tsp leaf oregano
    1/2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp cumin
    1 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Add turkey, onion and green pepper and garlic into a skillet. Cook until
turkey is cooked through. Add V-8, Brown sugar and all of the spices. Stir well, and simmer 15 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in Chili beans. Simmer another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use as much of the Caroll Shelbys seasoning as you like...
