Introduction

I came up with this mixutre when I was training for my marathon, something that I could eat and get some energy while on the go.

Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    1/2 cup skim milk powder
    1/2 cup of liquid honey
    1 cup of kraft light smooth peanut butter
    4 table spoons of organic hemp seeds.

    option 1
    use any seed in place of the hemp seeds (poppy, sunflower, sesame)

    option 2
    add a tbsp of cocoa to the mix for a chocolately flavor


Directions

Mix the honey and peanut butter together in a bowl until they are well blended.
Add 1/4 cup of skim milk powder and mix in well.
Add rest of skim milk powder and mix well.

place "dough" on a piece of wax paper and flatten to about 1/2 an inch.

sprinkle 1/2 the seeds on one side
flip the dough
sprinkle the rest of the seeds on the other side

cut into 1 inch squares
place in the fridge for a short time and enjoy.

Great energy food for people on the go.
