Introduction

Ingredients

    1tbs cooking oil
    1 Pkg Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
    2 Bell Peppers ( I used orange and red), chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped (I used a mild yellow)
    Diced Tomatoes (1 can, drained)
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    Brown Rice (1 c serving each, I used Village Harvest frozen)

Directions

Heat oil in skillet
add chipped bell peppers and onion
cook until softened (about 3-5 minutes)
add crushed red pepper, stir
add sliced sausage and drained tomatoes
simmer until heated through
serve over rice
