1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt(optional)
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cold water
Directions
Beat until smooth. Spoon 3 tablespoons batter onto medium hot ungreased griddle. Spread out to make a thin pancake. Turn over when edges begin to look dry not brown.
