Ingredients

    1 pkg ground turkey
    two med-large onions
    2 red bell peppers
    1 8oz pkg sliced mushrooms
    1 32oz can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans rinsed
    cumin, chili powder and salt to taste

Directions

saute veggies in a little chicken broth, add meat and brown, then add seasoning, tomatoes and beans. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat and serve.
